Our telephone system maintenance division offers 5 flexible service level options designed to provide a cost effective solution, specially tailored to your organisations requirements:

Category A

  • Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm (bank holidays excluded)
  • System failure in excess of 20%: 4 working hours response
  • Minor system faults: 16 working hours response

Category B

  • Monday to Saturday: 9.00am - 5.00pm (bank holidays excluded)
  • System failure in excess of 20%: 4 working hours response
  • Minor system faults: 16 working hours response

Category C

  • 365 days a year, 24 hours a day without exception
  • System failure in excess of 20%: 4 working hours response
  • Minor system faults: 16 working hours response

Category D

  • Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm (bank holidays excluded)
  • Any level of system failure: 4 working hours response

Category E

  • Bespoke solutions including mixed cover across multiple sites and even Pay as you Go 24 Hour Cover.

Additionally, we offer significant telephone system maintenance savings for 2 or 3 year contracts.
