Our Maintenance Support Telephone Line is staffed and supported by fully qualified telephone engineers experienced in identifying and resolving phone system issues.
All maintenance clients have direct access to our fault-reporting desk using a dedicated telephone support number. If you have a phone system problem then one phone call to our fault reporting team will ensure that your fault is logged and diagnosed within our stipulated commitment times.
Evocal use remote computer diagnostic to resolve over 25% of all calls without the need for a site visit (figures that are regularly audited by the British Standards Institute.) Using a computer, Evocal engineers dial into compatible telephone systems and perform a series of checks to discover where issues or problems are originating.
These sophisticated tools help ensure that many issues are resolved immediately. However, if a visit is required, the time taken to respond and effect repair is closely managed and monitored.
